GIFT REQUEST: Fic humor, fluff, sexy times, light angst Brian/Justin - "the fire alarm went off at 3 am and now the cute guy from the apartment next door is standing next to me in his underwear"
NOTE: For the lovely and industrious mander3_swish without all her hard work and effort there wouldn't be a qaf_giftxchnge. This was to be a short fic that quickly grew to 12,000+ words. It stops in a place that works for the request (at about the 8800 mark), but it's obvious there's more to be told. So there will be a sequel or subsequent chapters, probably closer to Valentine's Day.

SUMMARY: There's the cute neighbor in the hall in nothing but his underwear. (mander3_swish I'm not sure it was the neighbor you were envisioning, but I rarely take the easy way out). The gang reacts to marriage equality finally being established in PA. Brian/Justin-centric, but any canon characters may be included. It's okay if it's future-oriented and B/J aren't together at the start, but they should end up that way by the end (but it's more than okay if they've been together and going strong all this time!) :)
